A Day in the Life:

• Manage the front desk and retail areas, including restocking, organization, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Coordinate guest flow, greet guests as they arrive and leave, handle inquiries, and maintain the reservation system.

• Educate guests on services, Wax Pass benefits, products, and current promotions to help drive sales.

• Build genuine relationships with guests and help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back.

• A passion for beauty, customer service, and building genuine guest relationships.

• A professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• A positive, friendly, and upbeat personality.

• Sales experience is a plus—helping guests find the best products, services, and packages for their individual needs.

• Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about EWC services, products, promotions, and Wax Pack benefits.

• Ability to work in a sales-based environment and meet individual and center performance goals.

• Experience using a Point-of-Sale system is a plus.

• Part-time or full-time availability, and ability to work at least one weekend day.
