Human Resources GeneralistThe Town of Breckenridge is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to play a key role in delivering exceptional HR services across the Town of Breckenridge. This position supports a wide range of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS data entry and maintenance, training support, records management, benefits administration, and day-to-day departmental operations. The HR Generalist manages the full recruitment cycle for Town positions, partners closely with departments to create a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience, and ensure accurate and timely employee data entry within our HRIS platforms. Full Pay Range: $2,440.00 - $3,359.62 bi-weekly, $63,440.00 - $87,350.00 if annualized. Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm or other times/schedules to meet organizational needs.
