The Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, and process definition and improvement. Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence. Payment processing. Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality. Exporting predesigned reports. Compensation Range $19.55 - $27.25 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
