You will be relied upon to guide and mentor practicum students in their pursuit of clinical licensure, while also providing psychotherapy to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families.

This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life. While most interactions will occur virtually, you will also collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals within our outpatient office to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.   • Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students as they navigate their clinical training and prepare for licensure.

  • Conduct psychotherapeutic sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address the mental and emotional needs of individuals, couples, and families.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring goals align with best practices.
  • \n
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current research and integrating new methodologies into your practice.

  • Collaborate with various healthcare professionals and community resources to provide holistic support for clients' needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.

  • A valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) allowing for independent clinical practice.
  • \n
  • Professional liability insurance to cover your practice.
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy, with a strong foundation in supervising clinical students preferred.

  • Experience in providing supervision or mentorship to emerging therapists.

  • Familiarity with telehealth services and digital record-keeping systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, complemented by a signing bonus of $3,000.
