Position Summary The Resident Assistant role is an entry‑level healthcare opportunity designed for individuals looking to start a career in nursing or patient care. Resident Assistants support residents and the nursing team while preparing to attend a paid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class, leading to New York State CNA certification.
