You will be based in a single, welcoming school serving grades 9 through 12, providing critical services to both general education and 504 plan students.


Key Qualifications:

• Valid credentials as a school social worker
• Demonstrated experience supporting high school students
• Strong background coordinating SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) initiatives
• Proven ability to participate effectively in multi-disciplinary team meetings, including 504 plan discussions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with school staff and outside agencies
• Resourcefulness and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Address social work needs for high school students covered under 504 plans as well as the broader student population
• Actively participate in 504 team meetings to support individualized student plans
• Organize, implement, and coordinate SEL screener processes for all students to promote well-being
• Engage with community resources and collaborate with outside agencies to connect students with additional supports
• Foster a positive, supportive environment for students navigating a variety of social and emotional challenges
