Tasks require candidate be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift of 8 hours or more./liliWillingness to operate power industrial trucks (PIT) and rotate into various areas of the warehouse as well as comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet./liliAptitude to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting hourly established performance standards./liliFrequent walking throughout shift (8+ hours)/li/ulh3Responsibilities/h3ulliAccurately pick, pack, ship product./liliWorks on routine assignments that require problem resolution./liliWorks within clearly defined standard operating procedures./liliEffectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments./liliAlways maintain inventory integrity and product safety./liliExecute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners./liliParticipate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management./liliPerform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization./liliUse required personal protective equipment such as steel toed safety shoes (provided after 90 days), and material handling equipment safety harness./li/ulpCandidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply./ppCardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
