Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• ARRT certification in Radiography and IR Tech or equivalent
• Valid state RT(R) license (or eligibility)
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum of 1 year recent IR Tech experience in a hospital setting
• Solid technical aptitude with fluoroscopic and digital imaging equipment
• Strong communication, adaptability, and patient care skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Operate advanced imaging equipment according to procedure protocols
• Assist radiologists during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Maintain detailed procedural and sterilization documentation
• Monitor patient status and quickly respond to changes during procedures
