Shift Manager We are looking for Part Time and Full Time Team Members. We offer flexible hours. Shift Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to maintain standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned Departments meet goals.
