Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | On-call required (approximately 7 days per month: weekday on-call 5:00 PM–7:00 AM; weekend on-call 7:00 AM–7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary circulating RN in an active operating room environment
Support robot-assisted surgical procedures including orthopedic, cataract, and endoscopic cases
Administer and monitor conscious sedation per facility protocols
Utilize telemetry monitoring as part of perioperative patient care
Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled, including weekday and weekend coverage
Fulfill previous charge nurse experience responsibilities as required by the role

Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license required by start date (compact license not accepted; pending license not accepted)
ACLS certification required (AHA preferred; must be active by contract start date)
BLS certification required (AHA preferred; must be active by contract start date)
PALS certification required (AHA preferred; must be active by contract start date)
Minimum 3 years of OR circulator experience required
Previous charge nurse experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills
3–5 years of OR circulator experience preferred
Experience with Epic EMR (training provided during orientation if needed)
Familiarity with robot-assisted surgical platforms across multiple specialties
