Description of the role:
The Service Manager at Graff Auto Campus will be responsible for overseeing the service department, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the service department
- Supervise service technicians and staff
- Ensure timely and quality service for all customers
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Previous experience in automotive service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Competitive salary ranging from $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
- Paid bi-weekly
