We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and support nursing services in a skilled nursing environment in the Cincinnati, OH area . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving clinical outcomes, and creating a positive culture of care.

What You’ll Do

Provide leadership and direction to the nursing department
Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and clinical services
Support, coach, and develop nursing staff
Monitor quality measures, documentation, and regulatory compliance
Assist with surveys, audits, and implementation of corrective action plans
Promote excellent resident care and safety
Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Monitor staffing and help ensure appropriate nursing coverage
Build accountability while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For

Current RN license in Ohio
Previous nursing leadership experience preferred
DON, ADON, Unit Manager, Nurse Manager, or similar supervisory experience strongly preferred
Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a nursing team
Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
