Role Description The Pediatric Occupational Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Monica, CA. This role includes performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individualized therapy for children with sensory, motor, self-regulation, and feeding needs. The therapist will facilitate group and sibling sessions, participate in camps and programs, and collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support carryover across settings. Daily tasks also involve documenting progress, adjusting interventions based on clinical observations, and contributing to parent education and workshops. The therapist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a child-centered environment focused on functional skills and meaningful participation. Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with pediatric clinical experience in sensory integration, motor skills, and self-regulation. Demonstrated ability to conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with children, families, educators, and healthcare professionals. Experience with feeding challenges, executive functioning support, and care for neurodivergent or twice-exceptional children is highly beneficial. Comfort leading individual and group sessions, including parent education, workshops, and camp-based programming. Commitment to trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally responsive care in a child-centered setting. Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program; NBCOT certification required. Current California OT license (or eligibility to obtain) and compliance with relevant pediatric practice guidelines. Ability to work on-site full time in Santa Monica, CA, with flexibility to support clinic schedules and family needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
