Key Qualities:

-Comfortable administering/willing to become certified in local anesthesia

-Willing to learn new technology and become proficient in intraoral camera use, CT 3D Cone Beam Scanning, and CARIVU camera use, digital radiographs

-Must be able to perform comprehensive periodontal evaluation

-Familiar Digital Dentistry(CEREC)

-Be able to provide thorough patient education regarding oral health/link to systemic disease, preventative oral hygiene strategies, and nutrition and its impact on health

-Dextrix/ Dexis proficient

-Excellent communication skills
