As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x
NBO: 8 hrs

OT billing:
--- if scheduled 36-40 hrs/week, OT billed after 40 hrs
--- if scheduled 48 hrs/week, OT billed after 48 hrs

• Illinois State Agency license MUST be uploaded with each profile. This is NOT the Nursys report. This is an Agency License from the State of IL Dept. of Labor.

May be asked to float across all campuses: Bettendorf, Moline, Muscatine, TRI. MUST be willing and able to float

• IL RN license active at time of submission. If IA RN license is NOT active, MUST show proof of application for IA RN single state license or Compact RN license before cleared to start.

Requirement description :

• 2 years current experience in MS, Tele, IMCU, etc....
• May be asked to float across all campuses: Bettendorf, Moline, Muscatine, TRI. MUST be willing and able to float
• Patient population: unit needs are drips - cardiac insulin, cardiac high level needs, open heart, etc.

• Work history/resume
• Home/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)
• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)
• License verification
• Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC
• References - highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)

• ACLS
• BLS

• Illinois

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : IA RN single state or Compact RN license
Weekend Requirements : every other weekend including holiday rotation if scheduled
