HVAC Service Technician

You will be responsible for the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct thorough inspections, identifying potential issues and recommending proactive solutions.
• Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective repair strategies.
• Replace or repair defective components, ensuring minimal disruption to client comfort.
• Provide exceptional service to high-end clients, addressing their unique HVAC needs with professionalism and courtesy.
• Educate clients on system operation, maintenance practices, and energy efficiency options.
• Install HVAC components in residential and commercial properties according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Ensure all installations comply with national and local building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations to clients for future work.
• Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Participate in training and continuing education to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC technology preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair and/or relevant trade experience.
• Valid Texas TDLR Air Conditioning Technician Registration and EPA 608 Universal certification.
• Valid Texas Drivers License and a Clean Driving Record

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
