Senior Demand Planner

Medtronic seeks a Senior Demand Planner to support global supply chain operations by developing accurate demand forecasts and collaborating across commercial, operations, and planning functions. The role involves analyzing market trends, maintaining forecast data integrity, and driving process improvements through advanced analytics and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand forecast accuracy using advanced analytics, statistical models, and business intelligence tools
• Own and optimize demand planning data including product history, baseline forecasts, and promotional projections
• Translate commercial and market insights into actionable forecasts aligned with sales, marketing, and customer intelligence
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Operations teams to align assumptions and resolve forecast variances
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting capabilities, efficiency, and data quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years experience
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across commercial, supply chain, and operational functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments
• Working knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and demand planning systems
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required for this role level
