Working within the AI Infrastructure and Governance team, you will help ensure reliable model capacity, robust governance, and effective collaboration across engineering and product teams.ResponsibilitiesInterface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components.Effectively support GenAI development teams, manage model capacity, and maintain governance oversight.Complete complex bug fixes.Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.Resolve complex technical issues as necessary.Requirements5+ years of Software Engineering experienceBS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience requiredAdvanced knowledge of AI systems/vendors, models, capacity planning and provisioningStrong understanding of AI governance and security best practicesAdvanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Strong proficiency with data manipulation language including optimization techniques and data modeling principlesExpertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .NetStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams while mentoring othersWork in a Way That Works for YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
