Part Time Leasing Consultant Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Our company is still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years. We focus on daily operations and exceptional customer experience. Location Bexley at Whitestone - Cedar Park, TX Pay Hourly rates are competitive, starting at $20/hour and increasing based on experience, with quarterly bonuses. Schedule 20 hours per week Rotating Saturdays 9am-5pm (Sundays closed) Weekday hours 9am-6pm, flexible based on availability. If a Saturday is worked, you work one full and one half weekday; if not, two full and one half weekday. Who We Are At WP, we invest in people, not resumes. What You’ll Do As a Leasing Consultant you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks. We’ll provide training and support to help you succeed. Who You Are You need the right mindset, no prior leasing experience required. What You Should Know Before You Start High expectations and hands-on training program. Not a desk job – will be on your feet interacting with prospects, walking the property, inspecting homes.
