Description:

Facility provides a variety of services, including rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing, memory care, and wound care. The role requires administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Nurses will monitor and report changes in resident conditions. Accurate and timely documentation is expected to be completed. Nursing care must align with facility policies. Supervising certified nursing assistants is a key responsibility. Responsibilities include being organized and detail-oriented. Excellent communication skills are necessary, along with a personable and professional demeanor. Nurses must collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Flexibility with scheduling needs is required as the position demands every other weekend work. Dependability and consistent attendance are essential for success in this role. Compliance with facility guidelines and regulations is necessary. Completion of required modules post-offer is mandatory prior to the assignment start date. All shifts begin 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time and end 15 minutes after. Failure to adhere to attendance guidelines may result in disciplinary action. This position does not offer overtime opportunities unless approved on a case-by-case basis. Report any clinical issues responsibly to appropriate personnel. Professional conduct and adherence to clinical standards are expected during the assignment.
