Position Overview

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Schedule: M-F 8am-10pm, Saturday & Sunday all day (hours vary based on event schedules & facility needs) Weekly Hours: 15-30 hours per week (hours vary based on facility event schedules & facility needs) Position Overview We are seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as ARC Front Desk Staff. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all guests, members, and visitors entering the facility. You will greet visitors, check in members, answer phone calls, process facility passes, and assist with basic administrative tasks. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible part-time hours in a vibrant, community-centered sports and recreation environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries regarding facility hours, schedules, fees, and programs, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Check in facility members, verify passes, and manage visitor usage to ensure facility security.
• Process daily admissions, program registrations, and retail purchases accurately using the front desk POS system.
• Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate manager as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby area; monitor safety in the lobby area.
• Assist with clerical duties such as filing, printing schedules, and general tracking of facility usage.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests, members, and team members.
• Basic computer literacy to navigate check-in software and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak facility usage times.
• Previous experience in retail, cash handling, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand at the front desk for extended periods of time.
• Capability to lift and carry administrative & retail supplies or small equipment packages.
• Dependable transportation.
