License Practical Nurse

Job Title
Major duties include, but are not limited to:
- Prepares, administers, records, and communicates results of medications, vital signs, treatments, etc.
- Appropriately reports and records gross and subtle changes in patient's status.
- Under indirect supervision of the RN, functions as the primary nurse and gives the change of shift report to the oncoming shift nurse and NA.
- Completes pain evaluations, and on the basis of pre-formulated guidelines, either provides education, or refers for further evaluation.
- Reviews the patient's progress toward established goals and motivates the patient toward the achievement of these goals. Documents as appropriate.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 0730-1600
Telework: Ad-Hoc with Supervisor approval
