Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, strengths, and areas of concern, gathering critical information for effective treatment planning. Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to address clients’ specific needs. Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing therapeutic interventions designed to promote emotional regulation and resilience. Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that encompass achievable goals and appropriate interventions, reviewing and adjusting them based on client progress. Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, incorporating input from psychiatric assessments and psychological evaluations. Provide timely crisis intervention, performing risk assessments and implementing safety plans as necessary to safeguard client welfare. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all therapy sessions and assessments, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards. Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, aiding clients in understanding their mental health challenges and strategies for coping. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a varied patient demographic, including children, adolescents, and their families, experiencing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related challenges. Qualifications A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting, preferably in an outpatient capacity. Strong familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches and advanced therapeutic techniques. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills are essential for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Preferred Experience Significant experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic environment. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions. Experience in crisis intervention and managing high-risk situations.
