This is a short-term, on-site assignment supporting employee health and human-performance evaluations. Potential to convert into a travel contract!Montgomery, AL – 9/23 & 9/247:00 AM–6:00 PM both daysEmbassy Suites Montgomery (Montgomery AL 36104)ResponsibilitiesThe Nurse Practitioner will conduct human performance/physical ability examinations designed to assess whether participants can safely, comfortably, and competently perform the physical movements associated with their job duties without restriction.Responsibilities include:Conduct human performance and physical ability examinationsObtain and/or verify manual vital signsGuide participants through required physical movements and functional activitiesEvaluate movements such as:SquattingBendingTwistingSit-to-stand movementsBalance activitiesDuck walkingOther job-related functional movementsObserve participants for proper and safe completion of testing activitiesComplete required examination documentationCommunicate any concerns or issues to the event leadMaintain a professional, efficient, and positive experience for participants throughout the eventRequirementsActive, unrestricted NP licenseCurrent BLS certificationPrevious occupational health, employee health, urgent care, primary care, or physical assessment experience preferredComfortable conducting hands-on physical/function assessmentsAbility to remain on-site for the full scheduled eventStrong communication and documentation skillsThis is a short-term assignment with the potential to be considered for additional CareerNation occupational-health events and travel contracts.
