Sr. Associate Scientist, R&D Chemistry, Peptidomimetic Purification

Responsibilities: - Actively participate and collaborate in the day-to-day activities of the R&D Chemistry peptidomimetic purification team.

• Perform mass-triggered HPLC purification of novel peptidomimetic drug modalities using modern purification instrumentation/detection and techniques.
• Troubleshoot and optimize peptide purification methods; enable high-throughput purification and isolation.
• Identify new strategies and technologies for peptidomimetic purification to improve existing techniques.
• Participate in departmental, cross-functional, leadership, and external meetings to contribute expertise and represent the team.
• Interact broadly with other internal groups to forge relationships and collaborations.

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with HPLC purification/detection and method troubleshooting of peptidomimetics.
• Preferred: hands‑on experience with Waters and/or Agilent purification systems; hands‑on experience with mass‑triggered collection.
• Experience with high‑throughput purification.
• Extensive experience running modern purification/isolation equipment and instrumentation.
• Track record of success in peptidomimetics or small molecules purification.
• Essential: collaborative experience with internal and external organizations (e.g., CROs).
