CFO

Our client, a dynamic electrical and concrete contractor specializing in energy solutions across the United States, is seeking an experienced and growth-minded CFO. As a key partner to the executive team, the CFO will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic objectives and establishing it as a premier player in the Energy sector. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $190,000 to $240,000 per year.

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic initiatives, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
  
  
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of financial operations, including financial planning, analysis, accounting, treasury, and sponsor/debt relations.
  
  
• Prepare timely monthly management reports, analyze budget variances, and maintain key performance metrics.
  
  
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  
  
• Utilize earned value management analysis to assess job profitability and update estimates.
  
  
• Conduct rigorous contract reviews to minimize job-fade impacts.
  
  

• Proven experience as a CFO in the construction industry or equivalent role.
  
  
• Familiarity with private equity and/or public company reporting.
  
  
• Strong relationship management skills with capital providers and lending institutions.
  
  
• Working knowledge of current U.S. GAAP for construction contractors.
  
  
• Proficiency in construction management ERP software and understanding of construction contract law and risk management.
