Graphic Designer

As a GSE graphic designer, you will work collaboratively with a growing creative department across client and project teams for a variety of design needs. A successful candidate must be a creative problem-solver, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage multiple projects, and process constructive feedback to improve designs in a timely manner. Job Duties Work with creative team to execute branded collateral – from digital mock-ups/comps and brand identities to printed materials and presentation design, with a heavier focus in digital design (web ads, banners, social media graphics, and copywriting) Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral for internal and external clients. Examples include proposal graphics (e.g., infographics, graphs, maps, charts) and PowerPoint presentations Responsible for adhering to strict brand standards while offering a fresh approach to design, creative communication, and marketing efforts Provide effective visual solutions by executing client creative requests and creative projects Enhance client brand and marketing activation initiatives through the visual space Deliver creative solutions that are unique to our portfolio of brands objectives and strategy Work with project, marketing, strategy, and day-to-day account managers across client teams to ensure brand and creative consistency across all consumer touch points and exceed client expectations Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication (or other related field) or equivalent years of experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite Strong time management skills, ability to balance multiple projects at once, and adhere to strict production deadlines3-5 years of relevant work experience Excellent layout and typography skills Ability to take creative direction well and bring a project from conception to completion Understanding of printing process and specifications Strong written and verbal communication skills; dependable, detail-oriented, and well organized Copywriting experience is a plus Experience working in both in an agency and/or corporate environment preferred Transforming client’s business through game changing connections in Sports and Entertainment #J-18808-Ljbffr
