Payroll Analyst II

Manage and develop relationship with clients. Input, verify and transmit payroll data for clients. Update the payroll system for new hires, terminations, salary changes, department changes or any other pertinent payroll information received. Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports as needed. Complete mortgage and SUI verifications, as requested. Assist with workers' compensation audits, preparation of employee census data, upload retirement plan contribution data, respond to tax notices as necessary. Process bonus payments and other special payrolls upon request. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Three years of payroll experience is required Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel Prior experience with payroll software is required; knowledge of ADP is preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in payroll management, including data input, verification, and system updates, while ensuring compliance with tax regulations and client needs. Proficient in utilizing payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage payroll processes effectively.
