Aurorate LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor– 2nd Shift to oversee manufacturing operations during second shift. The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring production goals, quality standards, safety requirements, and employee performance expectations are consistently achieved while promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise all second-shift production personnel.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, scrap, and downtime.
• Lead daily shift meetings and communicate production priorities.
• Train, coach, and develop production employees and supervisors.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering departments to resolve production issues.
• Investigate and address quality concerns, equipment issues, and production delays.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate completion of production records, reports, and documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Previous experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production scheduling and workforce management.
• Ability to read and interpret production reports and performance metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk the production floor for extended periods.
