Flagstar Rehab is Seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA) for Skilled Nursing Facilities!

Hourly Pay Rate: $34-$36 Hourly (W-2), $38-$40 Hourly (1099) Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Current NYS OTA License and Registration

• Valid BLS Certification

• EMR Competence (Proficiency in REHAB OPTIMA + POINT CLICK CARE a plus!)

• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility

• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)

• Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.

• Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.

• Monitor and document patient progress
