Job Opportunity: Crew Member Jersey Mike’s Subs is looking for energetic, customer‑focused Crew Members to help serve high‑quality subs and provide an exceptional customer experience. Primary Responsibilities Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high‑quality standards. Maintain a noticeably cleaner restaurant than others. Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment. Multitask and work with a sense of urgency. Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience. Understand the concepts of accountability and information. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent. 1 Year QSR (quick‑service restaurant) experience preferred. Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer. Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler. Reliable transportation. Key Competencies Excellent menu and product knowledge with an awesome personality. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Desire to improve self and skill sets. Effective communication with guests; awesome personality. Participation in all Jersey Mike’s training programs. Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer.
