Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Dept RN for a 13-week travel contract in Asheville, NC, requiring at least 2 years of ER experience and an active NC or compact RN license.

Details

• Emergency Care Center (ER) department within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (12-hour shifts)
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER/ED nursing experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC accepted), ACLS, TNCC, CPI (or accepted equivalent: SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA), and NIH Stroke Scale
• No certification may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• This is a travel position; candidates living within 50 miles of the facility do not qualify
