Supporting organizational efficiency, the full-time RCM Support Associate will manage payer portal access, coordinate documentation and administrative operations, and track project workflows in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate payer portal account setup and manage user access across various payer portals Maintain company documentation and ensure timely processing of patient statements and operational communications Track projects and follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of commitments Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, customer support, or related roles Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based business applications Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
