Overnight Caregiver

Homewatch CareGivers of Austin is hiring overnight in-home Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Personal Care Providers. You work with a small set of clients you get to know well, on overnight shifts that stay consistent week to week. Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience Benefits: Bonus based on performance Company parties Flexible schedule Free food & snacks Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Signing bonus Training & development Tuition assistance Wellness resources Where You'd Work: Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Lakeway, West Lake Hills What You Get Overnight shifts, typically 7p to 7a, full-time or part-time Consistent schedules with the same clients Free training through our Caregiver University, including specialized training In-person support and check-ins from your care coordinator Referral bonuses, monthly recognition, and birthday recognition What You'll Do Stay awake and alert through the shift, keeping clients safe at home Assist with bathroom trips, transfers, and repositioning during the night Help with the evening routine at the start of the shift and the morning routine at the end Reassure and redirect clients who wake up confused or disoriented Handle laundry, light housekeeping, and meal prep during quiet hours Report changes in a client's condition to the care team Complete 12 hours of annual training through Caregiver University What We're Looking For One or more years of caregiving experience in home care or a skilled facility Comfortable working overnight and staying awake through the shift Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Compassionate, reliable, and comfortable working independently CNA, HHA, or PCP certification preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus Homewatch CareGivers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
