Position Summary

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations on our skilled nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and a positive work culture. This role is ideal for a nurse leader who values teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care.

What We’re Looking For

• Current  Florida RN license in good standing
• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience required
• Previous supervisory or management experience highly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• A caring, patient leader who is fair and supportive with staff
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a nursing team
• Commitment to quality outcomes, compliance, and resident satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Coordinate care planning and clinical oversight
• Promote a respectful, positive, and team-oriented work environment
• Collaborate closely with other Nurse Managers and leadership
• Serve as a clinical and professional role model
