TOTAL REWARDS ANALYST

HYBRID POSITION | ONSITE THREE DAYS A WEEK AT JOSTENS’ CORPORATE OFFICE (MINNEAPOLIS, MN) Overview As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s Total Rewards strategy, ensuring compliance with benefit and compensation laws, and providing analytical and administrative support to enhance programs for US and International employees. Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day administration of compensation and benefits programs and troubleshoot eligibility, enrollment, and other issues, ensuring accurate documentation and processing. Administer US and Global compensation programs, execute routine base pay changes, and assist with the planning and execution of annual/quarterly incentive plans, including sales incentive payment processes. Conduct Total Rewards analytics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to leadership and assisting with program budgets. Maintain data accuracy within the HRIS for compensation and benefits systems, keep the job‑description database current, and audit benefit and compensation data. Develop and deliver communications and training for Total Rewards programs, such as enrollment, retirement, merit and bonus cycles. Assist with job reviews, market analysis, grade assignment, FLSA status, and incentive eligibility recommendations. Submit data to third‑party surveys and use benchmarking insights to inform compensation strategies. Support compliance activities for compensation and benefits, including 5500 reporting, NDT, ACA, FLSA, minimum wage reviews, and maintaining program documentation. Act as a backup for the broader Total Rewards team and support other projects as needed. Qualifications 4‑year degree with 3 years’ experience in a Total Rewards function (preferred experience supporting benefits for >1000 employees). Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; preferred experience with ADP Workforce Now. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills. Knowledge of total rewards—compensation, benefits, and time‑off plans/regulations; strong business acumen. Strong project and time‑management skills, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Capable of managing sensitive and confidential data with professionalism. Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills, communicating effectively with employees at all levels. Team‑oriented, comfortable working across teams and serving as a resource for employees and HR partners.
