A growing industrial company in Bridgeport is now seeking a part-time Buyerto join their team. This person will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing shipments at the loading dock and serves as the first point of contact for any issues with logistics.


Duties To Include:

• Performing clerical administrative documentation such as
  • Bills of lading
  • Custom clearance
  • Return To Vendor
  • Global Trade
• Tracking and tracing shipments
• Managing review and return of parts incorrectly routed to storeroom

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to sit and stand for entire shift, lift up to 25lbs
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Excellent attention to detail and organization

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites
• Experience with ERP, SAP, or inventory management systems is highly preferred
