What Your Experience Looks Like at Primrose

• A tight age range by design-infant classrooms are grouped within a 5-6 month age range, so you're planning for children at genuinely the same stage, not stretching one lesson across a year of development
• A dedicated Education Coach who helps you refine your craft and grow as a professional

• An assigned Faculty Support Teacher who covers breaks and planning time daily

Why the Age Range Matters

A narrow age range isn't a scheduling detail. It changes what your day actually looks like. Instruction and classroom design are built for one developmental stage instead of trying to serve the most and least mobile infants in the room at once. It also makes for a physically safer classroom: fewer mismatches in size, mobility, and mouthing behaviors that typically drive injuries. Less time managing a wide range of abilities means more time actually teaching.
