This role develops and leads virtual and in‑person trainings, plans and schedules webinars, prepares materials, and ensures accessibility and branding standards. Duties include writing scripts, designing slides, creating guides, promoting events, handling registrations, tracking attendance, and publishing resources. The role oversees training compliance and credentialing, corrects captions, issues certificates, responds to participant questions, analyzes feedback, and reviews resource guides. Additional tasks involve managing contact lists, fulfilling accommodation requests, maintaining shared files, coordinating records, inventory, and purchases. Certificates and credentials are maintained by the officer, and the officer ensures accessibility standards for training materials and webinars.
