What You'll Be Doing

* Lead federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk
* Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, inspectors, design teams, and internal leadership
* Oversee and mentor project engineers, APMs, and field teams
* Ensure strict compliance with federal requirements, safety standards, and quality control plans
* Coordinate with Superintendents to maintain schedule, productivity, and site execution
* Drive successful project outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships

What They're Looking For

* Proven Project Management experience on federal construction projects
* Experience with USACE, NAVFAC, DOD, VA, GSA, or similar agencies
* Strong understanding of EM, CQM, submittals, RFIs, and federal documentation
* Ability and willingness to travel or relocate based on project needs
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
* Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, P6, or similar platforms
