Registered Nurse Procedural Sedation & Vascular Surgery Clinic
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36
Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin Schedule: Full-time, 72 hours per two weeks (0.9 FTE) Shift: 8-hour day shifts, MondayFriday, between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm with rotating days off No weekends, holidays, or on-call obligations!
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Procedural Sedation and Vascular Surgery Clinic teams in a unique hybrid role. What You Will Do
- Provide hands-on nursing care in both Procedural Sedation and Vascular Surgery Clinic settings
- Assist with procedural sedation and in-office vascular procedures
- Care for patients pre-op, intra-op, and post-op, including education and coordination of pre-procedure calls
- Perform telephone triage, patient education, and coordinate patient care
Hands-on skills include:
- Administering sedation medications
- Starting and maintaining vascular access
- Point-of-care INR and glucose testing
- Wound vacs and dressing changes
Collaborate with surgery and vascular clinicians in newly renovated spaces on the 3rd floor of the Heritage building.

What You Need
- Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing
- RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
- ACLS and Procedural Sedation training required after hire
Preferred:
- Previous sedation or procedural experience
- 1+ year of RN experience (new graduate nurses are not eligible)
- Ability to thrive while working through change and help develop workflows for this evolving role
