Das Netzwerk Faire Reinigung wurde 2025 gegründet und zeichnet mit seinem Label Unternehmen aus, die faire Arbeitsbedingungen in der Reinigungsbranche fördern. Ziel ist die Verbesserung der Arbeitsbedingungen und Chancengerechtigkeit von Reiniger:innen sowie die Sensibilisierung für faire Reinigung. Für die Umsetzung suchen wir per 1. September 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Projektmanagerin . Die Stelle ist zunächst bis Ende 2027 befristet, mit Option auf Verlängerung. Ihre Aufgaben Operative Leitung des Projekts und Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung Zusammenarbeit mit den Trägerorganisationen sowie Koordination sämtlicher Projektaktivitäten Vorbereitung, Leitung und Protokollierung von Sitzungen Fundraising, Budgetverwaltung, Abrechnung und Berichterstattung gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern Kommunikation/Öffentlichkeitsarbeit & Sensibilisierung Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmassnahmen zur Bekanntmachung des Labels Erstellung von Informationsmaterialien sowie Pflege der Website und Social-Media-Kanäle Konzeption und Durchführung von Sensibilisierungskampagnen, Workshops und Fachkonferenz Zertifizierungskoordination Beratung von Reinigungsunternehmen hinsichtlich des Labels und der Zertifizierung Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des Zertifizierungsprozesses Netzwerkaufbau & -pflege Förderung der Vernetzung und Sichtbarkeit sozial engagierter Arbeitgeber:innen Gewinnung und Betreuung neuer Netzwerkmitglieder Ihr Profil Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise im Non-Profit-Bereich Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Vernetzungsfähigkeiten Erfahrung in der Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Kampagnen Sensibilität für soziale und gesellschaftliche Themen, insbesondere Arbeitsbedingungen, Migration und Geschlechtergerechtigkeit Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Freude am Umgang mit digitalen Tools Erfahrung im Bereich Zertifizierung, Label(weiter-)entwicklung und Fundraising von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind willkommen Wir bieten Eine sinnstiftende Tätigkeit mit gesellschaftlicher Wirkung Viel Gestaltungsspielraum und Eigenverantwortung Zusammenarbeit mit engagierten Partnerorganisationen Flexible Arbeitszeiten und die Möglichkeit für Homeoffice Arbeitsort in Bern oder Basel Jahresgehalt von CHF 72'000–80'000 (bei 100 % Pensum; anteilsmässig bei 50 %), abhängig von Erfahrung und Qualifikation Interessiert?
