Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative to support the continued growth of our agency. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead follow-up, relationship building, and appointment setting. You will connect with prospective customers, identify potential insurance needs, and schedule appointments for licensed agents to review coverage options. Success in this position comes from strong communication, consistency, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with customers.
