Warehouse AssociateTires Easy is hiring Warehouse Associates for our Lawrenceville, NJ warehouse location. This is a hands-on, physically active role supporting the receiving, processing, and shipping of tire inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.We're looking for dependable team members who are comfortable with physical work, reliable attendance, and working as part of a collaborative warehouse team. You will be responsible for the efficient and accurate receiving and shipping of products, processing tires according to internal SOP's, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.Eligibility RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to regularly handle, lift, and move heavy tires (up to 90lbs)At least (1) year of warehouse experienceAvailable to work from 6:00am - 4:30pm EST on a rotating shiftResponsibilities will include:Receiving and shipping inventory (Tires)Proficient in using smartphones to follow task instructions through mobile applicationsMaintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all company health and safety policies and practicesParticipating in general warehouse maintenance and ensuring a clean workspaceEscalation of issues to supervisor when necessaryAttributes to success:Proven success in building relationships and trustComfort working in a dynamic environmentAdaptability; processes and workflows may change as we look to improve both the customer experience and your experience as a member of the teamDesired skills & experience:Experience in the automotive industryBasic understanding of tires preferred, but on the job training will be providedYou have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in warehousesYou're a great team member with a can-do attitude; you're self-reflectiveCompensation: $19/hourAbout Tires-EasyWe're on a mission to change the tire industry — how it's delivered and how it's experienced.
