Technical TrainerWe do Space at Lockheed Martin! We are looking for a Technical Trainer at our Littleton, CO site. The successful candidate will have skills in soldering, cable and harness, torquing, and general manufacturing practices. Our training staff is diverse and have a great team cohesiveness and you could be part of that outstanding team. Our instructors train using the latest technology and teach our new employees to build satellites and missile systems. Come and join us on our fantastic journey! This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must be a U.S. Citizen.Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments. May evaluate and/or oversee contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs.Basic Qualifications2+ years manufacturing experienceExperience training employees in a manufacturing environmentIPC Solder or Cable certificationMS Office experienceDesired SkillsInstructor level IPC certifications (CIT)Instructional Systems Design experienceLearning Management Systems experienceExperience as a technical trainerPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
