Role Description This is a full-time/ part-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in St. Francis, MN. The Physical Therapist will provide evidence-based evaluations and one-on-one treatment to a diverse caseload, developing individualized plans of care to address pain, mobility, function, and overall wellness. Daily responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, setting functional goals, delivering therapeutic exercise and manual therapy, and educating individuals and their support networks on home programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies. The role includes close collaboration with other clinicians and support staff, accurate and timely documentation, and communication with referring providers as appropriate. The Physical Therapist will also contribute to a welcoming, inclusive clinic environment that supports patient engagement and positive outcomes. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise. Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care, with a focus on education, safety, and fostering independence. General understanding of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions commonly treated in outpatient physical therapy. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Minnesota. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team and manage a part-time caseload efficiently.
