Cultivation Technician I

Provide manual labor to support the operations within the Cultivation department Support the flower department with day-to-day plant maintenance tasks and sanitation responsibilities Perform various manual cross-department job duties as needed Follow directions and take instructions from supervisors Pruning and defoliating plants Clean, sanitize, and store all grow room tools and equipment upon use Sweep, mop, vacuum, and bag any excess plant material leaving the grow room clean once plant maintenance is completed Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV) Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening. Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Works well in a team environment Attention to detail Cultivation experience preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong attention to detail and effective communication skills while performing manual labor tasks in a fast-paced cultivation environment.
