Our brand of service has set the benchmark for industry and customer satisfaction. LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking full-time Custodians at the Brookhaven IRS facility, Holtsville, NY. Hourly pay rate: $31.53 per hour . This position is contingent upon contract award. Work Schedule/Shifts: Saturday through Wednesday, with shifts at 6:00am-2:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, and 10:00pm-6:30am. Responsibilities Perform general office cleaning, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and removing trash/recycling from office areas. Clean and sanitize office space, breakrooms, and restrooms. Hard surface floor care (stripping/waxing/buffing) experience highly desired. Floor care tasks include carpet cleaning, shampooing/extraction, vinyl/tiling treatment, use of high-speed floor equipment, and floor scrubbers. Maintain cleanliness of work areas in accordance with contract requirements. Must be able to obtain/maintain access to the facility. Qualifications Minimum two (2) years' experience in general commercial or government building cleaning. Hard surface floor care experience is highly desired. Ability to perform cleaning and sanitizing duties as described in the responsibilities.
