Run your own business, or want to? This 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales role suits self-starters who want to serve families that already asked for coverage information.
What you'll actually do- Manage your own pipeline of people who've requested life insurance information
- Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video
- Ask discovery questions first, then walk through suitable options and apply together
- Own each case through underwriting, keeping the client in the loop
- Track your activity and follow-ups in the CRM
- Invest time in ongoing training and compliance
- Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself
- Comfortable being accountable for your own results and your own time
- A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale
- At ease with web-based tools and a CRM
- Straightforward with clients, because trust is the whole business
- At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Contracts with 43 carriers, which gives you real options for every family you serve
- Exclusive lead systems built for people who've already raised their hand about coverage
- Direct mentorship from Ben and Andrea, who run the agency
- A weekly team call, with call reviews, scripts, and ride-alongs available
