Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you’ll contribute A Manager of Outpatient Services who excels in this role:Ensures that company approved programs are implemented and being provided consistently. Provides oversight to the therapists and provides feedback through the performance evaluation process, supervision, and training and, if necessary, through counseling. Ensures that all interventions (individual, group, and family therapy) are performed and documented according to professional clinical standards. Conducts regular audits on patient charts to ensure compliance with Lifepoint and regulatory agency requirements. Actively participates in survey activities (TJC, Medicare, and licensing). Ensures the timely completion of all required reporting needs, including but not limited to: weekly reports, monthly PI and financial audits, required engagement and action plans, and quarterly board reports. And any additional state-specific state license requirements. Experience: Previous experience in outpatient healthcare is required.
